What is on the table?
Rice, soup, and fish.
Mom is here. Dad is here. My sister is here.
We sit down together.
First, we are very quiet.
Then Dad says, “Good fish!”
We all smile. We talk and eat.
Dinner is food. But dinner is also our time.
Food is good. Together is better.
テーブルの上には何がある？
ごはんと、スープと、魚。
お母さんがいる。お父さんがいる。妹（姉）もいる。
みんなで座る。
はじめは、とても静か。
それからお父さんが言う、「おいしい魚だね！」
みんな笑う。話しながら食べる。
夕食は食べ物。でも夕食はわたしたちの時間でもある。
食べ物はいい。いっしょはもっといい。
「〜がある」「〜です」を表すbe動詞。単数はis、複数やyouはareを使います。

「〜は何ですか？」とたずねる基本の形です。
