What is that soft, sweet smell?
Mia opens a new library door. Inside, she sees wood around her. The library uses mass timber. That means big, strong wood parts. The walls and roof show the wood.
Mia finds a book about birds. Then, she sits at a wood table. The table smells like a forest.
But here is the surprise. The big room does not feel cold. It feels warm and calm.
Wood brings nature close to our day. Books take us far away. The wood helps us feel at home.
