Your first interview with AI may feel strange. An AI interviewer is a computer system that asks job questions. Some systems record your answers and change your speech into text. They study your words and job skills. Some newer tools can also ask follow-up questions by voice. (hirevue.com)
Before the interview, read the job information carefully. Prepare short stories about your school, work, or daily life. Test your camera and microphone. Choose a quiet room with good light.
Now imagine Yuki is applying for a café job. The AI asks, “Tell me about working with other people.”
She answers, “My school group had little time for a project. I made a simple plan and gave everyone a task. We finished on time, and our teacher liked our work.”
This answer is short, clear, and easy to understand. It also shows teamwork and planning.
During the interview, look at the camera and speak slowly. Pause before answering. If possible, ask the system to repeat an unclear question. You do not need perfect English. Clear and honest answers are more important.
