Where is your phone?
Dinner is on the table. Mom puts her phone away. Dad does it, too.
Now the phone is quiet. The family eats and talks.
“Is your rice good?”
“Yes, it is!”
Then Mom smiles. The phone can wait.
At dinner, put it away. Food is here. Your family is here, too.
あなたのスマホはどこですか？
夕食がテーブルに並びます。お母さんはスマホをしまいます。お父さんもそうします。
スマホは静かになりました。家族は食べて、話します。
「ごはん、おいしい？」
「うん、おいしいよ！」
そしてお母さんは笑います。スマホは待てます。
夕食のときは、スマホをしまいましょう。ごはんがあります。家族もここにいます。
「〜です」「〜にいます／あります」を表します。主語が単数のときは is を使います。
e.g. Dinner is on the table.
訳: 夕食がテーブルにあります。
「〜はどこ？」と場所をたずねる基本の質問文です。
e.g. Where is your phone?
訳: あなたのスマホはどこですか？
名詞の前において「〜の」と持ち主を表します。
e.g. Mom puts her phone away.
訳: お母さんは自分のスマホをしまいます。
