What can you eat before a busy travel day?
This morning, I enter a small supermarket. The shelves are full of bright boxes. At first, I feel lost. I cannot read every word.
Then, I choose simple foods I know. I take a banana, bread, and yogurt. But I check the food label too. A label gives facts about the food.
I compare two small yogurts. One has less sugar, so I choose it.
Now breakfast feels easy, not hard. In a new place, simple food helps. Choose what you know, then enjoy the day.
